Are you on the Invoice Plus plan? I know even with that plan it gives you a few more custom fields to add, but still is limited in customization in my opinion.

With Square Invoices Plus, the maximum amount of custom fields currently supported is two.

If interested, I might suggest posting a Feature Request on our Ideate platform. Here sellers across Square are able to add new feature ideas and improvements in a public forum. Our product managers keep an eye on those boards to gather new ideas and potentially add new features to products and tools.
