&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you can't share a Square payment link, it could be due to a few reasons:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;MARK class="QVRyCf"&gt;check your Square Dashboard settings to ensure you have the "Payment Links" feature enabled, verify that you're creating the link correctly, and check for any issues with your internet connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/MARK&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The steps below are listed in order of least to most time intensive. If the first step solves the issue, there is no need to continue troubleshooting. If the issue is not resolved, continue to follow the instructions in sequential order.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H3&gt;Update your device, app, or browser&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For payment links sent from your Square Dashboard, check that the browser you're using (like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.) is up to date. For payment links created in Square Point of Sale, make sure both your device and the Square app are up to date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H3&gt;Check payment link status&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your customer cannot view or access a payment link, check to see if their payment link has an&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Active&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;status in&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/ecom/online-checkout" target="_blank"&gt;Square Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H3&gt;Check team permissions&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have employees set up with&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/staff/advanced-access" target="_blank"&gt;Square Advanced Access&lt;/A&gt;, check your team’s permissions. By default, Square Payment Links are only available for account owners but can be opened up to all employees via Permissions. Once the account owner enables the payment links feature, employees with Square Dashboard access can view, create, update, and manage settings for payment links.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Select a permission to edit and apply permission rules for a role, a specific employee, or all of your staff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Payment Links&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;from the list of permissions and toggle ON&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Payment Links&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to enable all permissions in the list at once (except bank account management), toggle on&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Full access&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Continue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to set up access points.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you can’t create a payment link using the Payment Links add-on from your Point of Sale, note that payment links can only be enabled for one location at a time.
