I would like to be able to have a feature that allows me to bill a service "monthly" or "daily".

Hi there @RisingC. This feature already exists. You can either create a recurring series from your web dashboard > Payments > Invoices > Recurring series, or using the Invoices App you can create an invoice and in the payment section click on “make this payment recurring.

Is there an option for bi-monthly or to set the frequency of "every x months"?

@BeFrancDesigns You have options to set both the frequency (day, week, month, year) and then specify a "repeat every x" setting. So, yes, you can do every x months, every x weeks, etc.
