WooCommerce/Square are suddently not accepting customer orders

All of a sudden, my customers cannot place orders on my Wordpress website via Woocommerce/Square... when customers go to place order, the status bar just spins and they never get a green completed order and I get notified that the order is payment pending. No one seems to know what to do but rather blames the other... Wordpress call Square... Square call Woocommerce... GoDaddy my host says it's a Wordpress issue... going in circles. I even tried to load a previous GoDaddy version of my site before a recent Wordpress update. But still same error.

Hello @charcuterie123 thanks for your post, i'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Can you list your website and we can take a look at it? Is it built/hosted at Wordpress...with a plugin to accept payments?

@charcuterie123thanks for the info. I tried to place a small test order on your site (Using Firefox browser on a Mac) and I got the spinning ball. Not sure if the payment went through, I suspect it did not. Maybe try editing your website and deleting that payment section/plugin, and then reinserting and republishing your page.???

I don't know much about plugins with Wordpress. Perhaps something changed internally with one or more of the sites involved (Wordpress/Square/WooCommerce). I just found some technical info below, not sure if any of that would help:

There's a mention in the above article that looks like it could be an issue; again I'm not sure how your site is built, but can you check the settings in the payment area? :

Is your transaction type set to “Authorization”? Authorizations will not display in the Square “Transactions” list until you capture the charge within WooCommerce.
