Hey @Tewleec - Paystubs are automatically generated for your employees each pay period. To access or download a paystub, you can follow the steps at Square Payroll Reports.

i have searched and cant seem to find a area that will allow me generate paystubs if there is cb you

Can employees login and retrieve their paystubs or alternatively, is there an automated feature that distributes the paystubs after each payroll?

Employees can login and view their paystubs using the Square Payroll Employee Dashboard, @WildDesertTours 🌵🐺

If you are currently using Square Payroll your employees should be able to see their paystubs under the Team App on their devices. In regards to paystubs having to be manually sent, this would be a great question for our Square for Payroll team. They can take a look at your account with you to help a shine light here, as they are able look at your account alongside you in order to pinpoint what's going on here.

My employee says the directions do not work. Are there specific settings from my end so she can download her own paystubs?
