Orders Screen is Freezing on Dashboard

Order screen keeps glitching.. we can print one packing list at a time and then need to refresh the page- the screen "goes dead" in dashboard (on laptop) and won't let us click anything

It is also happening when we're updating orders with tracking info

what gives?

Hi there, @DinaLRosenberg - I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with creating shipping labels on your Square Dashboard.

You might have already done this, but I want to make sure you've completed the standard Dashboard troubleshooting steps to rule out any errors related to your browser. If you have already done this, could you please share a screen recording of what you're seeing? Then, I can take that to an engineer for their review 🙂
