How can I void a completed transaction?

HELP i have mutiple cash and credit tranactions that are not real. how to i delte them?

You can't delete a completed transaction. The best you can do now is to refund all of those transactions, and make some note for tax purposes that they were for training. If you need to continue making test/training transactions, I'd suggest setting us a 2nd location especially for that purpose, or if you don't have any real transactions in your current location, make a 2nd location for your real business transactions.
