      <description>&lt;P&gt;As with most services, one can easily upgrade but, when it comes to downgrades, you usually have to contact Support.&amp;nbsp; Square's Customer Support should be able to assist - the volunteers here have quite a bit of hands-on experience using Square's Apps and Hardware however, they don't have the means to access User Accounts - only Tech or Customer Support can do that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
