Payment Links for Sandbox

I'm trying to evaluate whether Square will support my use case. I've created items within the Sandbox but I seem unable to create a payment link to actually verify placing an order.

Is it possible to do an end to end test within the Sandbox, whereby I can place an order and have webhooks fire as well? Or is that capability not available in the sandbox?

You may want to re-post your question in the Developer's Forum - it's more orientated towards working with the Sandbox, code development, APIs and SDKs. Most of here are small business owners who have hands-on experience with Square's Apps and Hardware.
