website down- go daddy says to provide new ftp connection and square has the weekend off

My site is down and go daddy says its fine on their end and to contact square which is closed till monday and no way to get ahold of them after hours. GD says to go to support dashboard and there should be a spot that says provide new connection and I cant find it after hours of looking

Can you provide more info - is Go Daddy hosting your website and you're using Square to process your Transactions ? As the volunteer Community Members here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support, there is a chance that someone here may have some thoughts however, more info would be helpful - also providing the URL to site is also helpful. You may want to also bookmark this site for Square System Status updates - it's quite useful when you suspect that something with Square's Production System is having issues.

mxmounts.com I set up with go daddy and then forwards to weebly which is now square/weebly

Unfortunately you will need the assistance of Tech Support - looks like a configuration issue but, the Community Members here don't have access to what's going on behind the scenes. It may be a problem with the security certificate (getting Secure Connection Failed error) and/or the forwarding - no way to tell at this point.
