Is there a way to input an item number rather than lookup an item name?

Hello @pat12burns and thanks for your question. From your Square Dashboard > Items > Item Library... you can search by SKU #. Would this work for you? If you have an item number within the name field, you should be able to search this way too.

Here's the search field in your items. You can search by name, description, or SKU.

Like HC_Charlie said, if you have SKU’s or barcodes you can just type or scan the number in.
