    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pressednail2,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Interesting question - according to &lt;A href="https://www.issquareup.com/" target="_self"&gt;Square's System Status&lt;/A&gt; site no issues were logged for several days.&amp;nbsp; Was your customer able to provide you with any additional info - screen shot of order, email confirmation, an acknowledgement of a credit card account charged, etc.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you're not seeing anything on your side and the customer has no details, one can only assume that the order did not go through - contacting customer support would be one option and/or contacting the customer to see if they would be OK with trying again would be another - just a suggestion of course.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told by one of my customers that they had ordered from my shop. I had not seen that anyone had ordered and thought it was odd. I refreshed my dashboard but still hadn't seen any orders or transactions and was wondering if anyone could help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
