Enable gift cards at a location

We have 2 locations. When I am in the Square app, I can accept gift cards in one location. However, when I got into the second location, gift cards are showing under Disabled Payment Types (in Checkout > Payment) and I can't figure out how to enable them for this location. There's no toggle option or ability (that I can see) to enable them for this location. Please help. I had a very awkward interaction with a customer today when I couldn't figure out how to accept her GC. 😞

Do you have the gift cards created under that specific location?

Normally, Gift Cards will always show as a customizable option in your Payment Types. Could you send a screenshot of what it looks like to you?

I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
