Importing Items from Vendor

I have an Item list from my vendor. I have the following Column of data:

Product Name
Color
Size
Category
Cost
Retail Price

Whenever I try to import it keeps telling me things like this:

"All item variations that include option sets must be unique. Update the duplicate options in rows [1036 1039]."

I am not sure what to put in variations vs options.

Hello @cdagesse thanks for your post. I'm sorry you are having trouble with this. One thing you can try...go into your inventory you already have, and try to Export a file that shows your current inventory. You may be able to use this file to see how the inventory you already have is set up and what columns are being used. Then try to edit your vendor's file to match this format, and see if your upload will then work.
