How do I remove our business name from the register screen?

My business name is on my logo and is being obstructed by the typed version of my business on the screen. Is there a way to remove the typed business name on my pos screen?

will it let you put the name as ... or hit space bar 3 times and see if it will save ?

Put the name as .... where? In the account information section? Surely if I remove the name it will remove it from receipts, etc? Or am I confusing this with something else...? I assumed SquareUp has put my business name on the screen from it's own source.

you can change the background image on the customer facing display from your online Square Dashboard. To get started:

Sign in at squareup.com/login > navigate to the Account & Settings section,
Click Locations > and click on the location name.
Scroll down to Point of Sale checkout background.
To remove an image click on the small image preview to the bottom left > click Remove.
To upload a new image > click on the image icon > click Save in the top right corner.

You might need to power your Register off and turn it back on again to see the new image.

You can turn the image off at any point in the Settings section of Square Register. You can also choose to show your business name in white lettering over the image of your choosing, or over a black background if you do not have an image uploaded to the customer display. You can also control turning your business name text on/off in the Settings section of Square Register.

@KateTireeIf you click on the "carrot" arrow at the top center of your Square Register screen, this should bring up a menu where you can select "Settings". If this doesn't work, you can try dragging your finger from the left edge of the screen to pull over the same menu. Hope this helps answer your question.
