We're beginning an Square for Restaurants implementation that as hard as it is to believe, Square does not have a standard or boilerplate project plan for.

Has anyone created one or know of a resource that we can access to we doin't have to begin from scratch?

Could you provide some additional details on what you're looking for? I can see if there's any other Square Super Sellers in the community who have more experience with Square for Restaurants who can help ya out 🙂

I'll try. Much like any technology (hardware and software) implementation there are a number of tasks, milestones and precedents for it do "go live" successfully. For example, menu building includes exporting and importing data, somewhere in there cleaning up data to ensure there are no errors or inconsistencies, there's user interface design, training, etc, etc, etc.... My guess (hope) is someone has already created one (in spreadsheet or another PM tool, e.g. Trello) that we leverage.
