Pro Plan issues sending emails

I have always been able to send a monthly email with our Pro Plan. I am now receiving a message that state I've used my number of free emails and asks me to upgrade. Has something changed with the plan?

I'm referring to my Weebly Account that is now run by Square.

I feel like I heard a while ago that the email on Weebly was being migrated to Square Marketing?
