Collect payment for balance due

How do I charge the balance due for customer who prepaid, and the service is now completed?

Hi @joskenlife. Unfortunately, that’s a question that requires a few other questions to answer properly.

How did they do the prepayment? As a payment to something you rang up on your POS? As an invoice? Via an online store transaction that you allowed them to select only a pre-payment item?
Are they coming in to bring you the balance? Have they sent it to you already? Are you wanting to send them an invoice?
