okay. first, the choices of subject had everything to do with square but nothing said anything about Weebly...

anyway, here's my question....

(already asked via email support , but the response said that I was welcome to post here also...)

when I try to edit my site, the preview shows pretty much what I want. it's a simple one-page letter of simple text, but when I go to edit, all it shows is the first six words of the entire letter, and it also shows one of the background choices, that does not show in the preview,...

it looks like I can insert the rest of my letter into the edit site, but I'm just curious why preview shows the whole letter and

edit shows only first six words...

this happens on Android 14 phone using both Weebly app and chrome-based browser and Chrome browser itself, and on

Windows 10 laptop on chrome-based browser...(Opera)

oh, I don't think I've actually used Chrome itself on my laptop...

as far as I know all ad blockers are off.

all permissions for pop-ups are good,

cleared all cache, etc

I'm thinking that more testing is needed here - suggest using your Windows 10 laptop with Firefox (latest version) to see if you can recreate the issue. Understand that the volunteer Community Members are not the same as Tech or Customer Support but, we do have a bit of hands-on experience with Square's Apps and Hardware.

thank you for your reply, I decided to start over inside Weebly app on my Android 14 phone. I just came up with a new blank page, selected a super simple background and pasted my letter in and it's published and works fine,

I have one question though. how do I make the two link addresses in my letter into live links? I can't see anything in the menus or the tools that says insert a live link....

I do see that I can insert a button in there if I wanted to
