I need to be able to reference a user manual while using my iPhone 11 for credit card purchases.

An easy way to find:

-how to make a point of sale transaction

-how to refund a recent credit card purchase

-how to adjust the sell price loaded in my items at the time of purchase

-how to transact an item that isn't on my list of items (an item mistakenly left off my item list)

Is there a searchable document I can download and print, or store on my iPhone?

Is there online tutorials for processing transactions?

Hi Gunksman,

I don't believe there is a manual or document that will answer all of your questions. Square does have FAQs on various topics and you can search the community for specific questions. For example, here's one place to start. Note, the technology and hardware keeps changing - for example, not too long ago Square introduced Tap to Pay. Kind of cool as all you need is your iPhone, the POS App and some configuration settings in your Account. No reader required.

There are some details on refunds here and here.

I'm sure that others here can help too with more specific answers to your questions.
