How to look up eGift Card numbers?

How do I look up an eGift Card 16 digit card number from my business side? I've tried pulling up the transaction receipt and it doesn't show. Anyone know?

Yes I have. Using that part of the dashboard you select the eGift card and then click view which sends you to the transaction screen.

There is no option to view the 16 digit card numbers on either the gift cards or transactions areas of the dashboard.

Hmm that's super strange. Have you tried calling into support about it? There has to be a way for us to see the gift card numbers.

I would love an update on this. I've searched through and can't seem to find it. I want to find the 16 digit code as well. My clients don't seem to remember to bring in the email, or they didn't actually get an email because a family member bought it and didn't send it over. I stopped selling e-gift cards for this reason.
