I use square on an ipad. I have set up several "pages" of grids. Each grid page has a name in a "favorite" menu at the top of the screen, but I can't figure out how to re-arrange the order of the menu. I want to be able to put the grid we use the most in the first position. I used to be able to press and slide them to rearrange when they were at the bottom of the screen but now it won't work. Anyone know a work around?

Yes, you can organize the items on your Grid, directly on the iPad.

Once you open the grid, hold down a particular item and you will see the ability to move those around. Any blank squares will have a "+" in the middle of the box.

When you have the items in the places you want, you can click "Done" in the bottom right corner.
