Any Solution to Square Terminal sometimes resetting on CC sale?

Have two Square Terminal POS systems which, sometimes, since the addition of the second system, go into a reset on some card purchases. The order is cleared and has to be re-entered and it appears the unit reboots. Anyone else seen this? Solution?

I had that happen to me maybe a half dozen times, but that was 9 months ago so I'd hope that was fixed by now. It really sucked because they are orders with 40+ items. The first thing is I would make sure you are running the latest software on your terminals. They had advised at the time to roll back to previous experience, but I don't think that is a thing you can even do anymore.

Your best bet is to call in to support after it happens and they can step you thru submitting the device log of what was happening when it crashed. That can give them a lot to go by when trying to figure it out.
