    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just sold the company to another coffee shop. They logged out of our Square Stand and logged in with their account. The cash drawer is not being recognized and a little gray text says a printer driven cash drawer is not acceptable. The system worked as normal 10 seconds before they signed in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/590460"&gt;@SwataraCoffee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the new owner signed in with their account did they setup the Hardware Devices (Receipt Printer, Cash Drawer, Chip Readers) for their account?&amp;nbsp; Squares Hardware is not setup by the Hardware but is setup through Squares User accounts.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go through the process of having the new owner connect each Hardware device as a New Hardware item and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
