Time-card/clock in out

I cannot figure out, even after watching YouTube!! How to teach my employees to clock in and out. They are entered as staff with codes. But I don’t see the little icon they’re supposed to hit to clock in and out. 😫

Hi @purplepelican. It sounds like you just don’t have the proper POS configuration. Do this:

From your POS screen, click on “More”
Click on Settings and enter your code
In the “Add-ons” section, click the + and select Shifts to install that Add On.
Toggle “Track team member time” on and adjust other settings as needed.

After doing this, the clock in/out icon should appear. You might have to force quit and restart POS, but I doubt it.
