    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/678221"&gt;@WPlayers&lt;/a&gt; !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With every third party service, it's best to reach out to them directly for verification of the errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chances are there has been a change in the API from Square or a change in the code from ThunderTix that is causing this problem. Best case, you'll just need to update the website. Worst case, you found a bug that ThunderTix will have to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are suddenly getting &lt;STRONG&gt;Authorization error: 'GENERIC_DECLINE'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;messages associated with our customers' online purchases through ThunderTix Gateway. We&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;are not&lt;/U&gt; using a Square Terminal for these purchases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very unusual, as this is the first time since August 2023 we've encountered declines.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has something changed since July 1, 2024?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
