How can I change or delete an amount entered on the keyboard before the sale is complete

Hello @TeriL730 thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. You should see a letter "C" on the bottom left side of the keypad. The works just like the clear button on a calculator; if you click on it, your current amount displayed should be deleted and you can add/correct a new amount.

You can also click on the list of items (if you have multiple) on the right side of the POS screen. Just click on one and you'll be able to edit that amount. You can also swipe left on an amount to have the option to delete it.
