    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently changed the email address on our non-profit account.&amp;nbsp; Since then I do not receive any payment notification when a donation is made, however, I do receive the daily sales report the following morning.&amp;nbsp; Square customer support says my notification settings are correct so it must be a problem with our domain host, but if I am getting the sales reports at the same address with no problem how can it be a domain problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/678851"&gt;@augustabirds&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I see this is your first post welcome to the sellers community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since I am not tech support or know which settings you looked at or changed, all I can do is check to see if emails are checked for each sale if you like.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I turned mine of for each sale as during busy seasons it is annoying to hear ever X minutes my cell notification going off for an email of a sale.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would need to be logged in to your Square Dashboard for this and not just from an app on a cell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the link I provide check that under Transactional sales, the emails you want have a Blue Check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the link :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/email-notifications" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/email-notifications&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Keith,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, all boxes are checked.&amp;nbsp; I called Square support and they say everything is ok on their end.&amp;nbsp; The domain host also says there is no way I could get some email and not all if it was their (the domain host) problem.&amp;nbsp; I'll have to call Square again and escalate, I guess.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for your input.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ramona&lt;/P&gt;</description>
