Can I add a payment type/method on my Square for Restaurants POS?

I have a customer with who we are extending $XXX credit. I know I cannot set up an "on account" customer and have each visit/transaction come off of that balance. However, can I add a payment method so that I can track and keep a running total?

Hi @urs. You can’t add payment types anywhere. However, there is an active beta test going on for adding House Accounts to Square. You can go to this link and ask to join, if you are a US-based customer. The beta is still recruiting, it looks like.
