      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I did already contact support and followed the steps and few more just to make sure and still same issue. This only happened after doing the update on the app. Support told me to return item to the store but I think it’s something with the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there again,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/612411"&gt;@Superpowers&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/465694"&gt;@Kym2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I've just gotten word that this has developed into a known issue.&amp;nbsp;Our engineers are aware of this situation and are actively working on a solution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We plan to release a fix for this issue in our next update, version 6.30. At this time, the fix is expected to be released on November 7th. I'll let you know if this date happens to change.
