Square variants automatically changing placement

Recently, Square variants are moving around automatically. Can this be turned off?

For example, for the item Water, I have three variants - 16.9 oz Bottle, Dasani 16.9 oz Bottle, and Dasani 20 oz Bottle. Within the last few days, I've noticed the 16.9 oz Bottle (our biggest seller), moving from the top left in the list to the top right, and then back again.

When we are trying to record transactions quickly, this is a bit discombobulating!

Please advise how we can turn this off, or why it is even happening.

I see you are part of the Beta Testers, could this be why your variations are moving around? I had an issue I thought was because of the POS and here it was changing because of a Beta Test I was in. Wondering if that could be your issue too? My Variations are not moving around except when I change from the Old to New experience or vise versa.
