thread Square Item Attribute is missing in Payments Troubleshooting

Our gift shop is in Massachusetts. Non food items are taxable while food items are not taxable. When I go to import new sku's from a spreadsheet (using the template I downloaded from my existing library) I see a column called MA Sales tax where I can set the value to either Y for yes or N for no. However, when I go to import my file, there is no Square attribute for Tax that I can map my Sales Tax column to. I tried contacting support but he was not understanding the root cause of the problem (the missing square attribute). Has anyone run into this issue and found a resolution?

Hello there @villagestudio

This attribute belongs to your Sales Taxes Settings. A "Y" under the respective tax means that the particular Item is Taxable.

I hope this information is helpful!
