How can I exclude specific items or categories from printing on order tickets?

Our order tickets are getting filled up with items that don't actually require preparation, but we want the order tickets for those that do so the staff in the kitchen know what to make. So is there way to exclude either specific items or entire categories from being printed on order tickets?

I went ahead and moved your post from the Ideate board for feature requests to Point of Sale. This is something that is currently possible in your printer station's settings. You can choose which categories of items will print on each printer by following the steps in this support article.
