Why will items show up on my iPhone when I add them, but will not move to my website, front or back

Items are able to be uploaded into my app on my iPhone, but wont show up on my website where I can edit them, or on the front where customers see. I can't figure out why at all. There's not an option to sync. The option that it does give you to turn on the sync is on. It was working yesterday, albeit super slow and had to make dupes of some items to even get them there. Anyone know what I can do before I give up on Square's website and find something that works?

Hi @KreationzKendra 👋 Thanks for posting.

The items will sync from the app, to the Square Dashboard, to the Square Online Dashboard. I believe items should automatically appear on the store page, but if you are using sections like Featured Items, you would need to manually edit what is shown from within the site editor.

It's also possible that you have the setting clicked to mark items as "unavailable" on import, and I can confirm if this is the case.

Can you please post a link to your website, so we can take a look?
