Item integration with Door Dash

We just integrated our Square POS with DoorDash. For items that require a selection from the customer who’s ordering thru DoorDash, the employee must now make a selection for that item for each order. This is very time consuming. Is there a way to have a separate item library on our Square POS from what customers view on DoorDash?

I noticed this is your first post here in the Community and wanted to officially welcome you!

With the integration between Square and DoorDash, your entire Square item library will sync with DoorDash and any changes you make on Square will appear on DoorDash after your menu updates.

If you wish to prevent certain items on your Square item library from appearing on DoorDash, you can use Custom Attributes.

If you have many items to hide and setting Custom Attributes on each item is too cumbersome, please reach out to DoorDash Support for assistance.
