Things happen in life and we deal with it. Im sure everyone at some point in your life had something happen that you needed to apologize to a client. So stop complaining and enjoy life. I have been with square a long while and an outage has not happened before to me. Why do ppl always get online to complain, but not thank someone for their hard work. This world has lost the positiveness in life. GOD IS GOOD.

I agree, just imagine about 12 years ago there was no such thing as Square. We all were using a terminal connected to a landline phone or cellular and still had outages. The point is when thousands, if not millions of people are wanting credit card authorizations things are going to break. I hate when it happens, but coming on a public forum and complaining is not going to get it working any faster.
