So I've been trying to fix this issue for the past hour and it's getting on my nerves. I was using the square app, making sales and such at my shop, and I started counting money in the register only to notice there was way more money than there should be, until I checked the transactions and noticed the app had been deleting them the entire time after a certain hour, it had never done this and I can't even recall all the things I sold throughout the past hour.

Square definitely doesn't delete transactions, it is one of the biggest gripes users have that you can't, so something else must be going on. one of the reasons that happens the most is The transaction was never completed and therefore never was a transaction to show up in the history.

Since we can't see your account your best bet is to call in to support as they can see your transacitions and a history of events if they ask for your log that can show them what was happening.
