Hi MayaP- hopefully you are still around!

I found this on a search and I have the same question. Is there a way to "hide" the items you've put into the inventory so you don't have to scroll through them when working a sale. But you might want them in the future and don't want to have to re-create that inventory again. Hopefully this makes sense!
In my scenario, I share the Square with my husband who has an MLM business. We put all his items in but he's not selling right now. I'm debating if I should delete them so they are "out of my hair" or if there is a way to deactivate them so they don't show up until we need them in the future.

Update: I found it! I didn't realize "archive" was an option. I've gone and archived all his inventory and my POS is looking much nicer!
