    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/661290"&gt;@GTS2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;. &amp;nbsp;Square is not designed to be a bookkeeping system but there are plenty of bookkeeping systems in the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/us/en/app-marketplace" target="_self"&gt;Square App Marketplace&lt;/A&gt; that integrate with Square. &amp;nbsp;Also, if you are just concerned about how much cash leaves your drawer each day in paid outs, you can enable cash management on your POS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that is a very general answer to your post, but without specifics about exactly what you want Sqiuare to do to make you accounting easier it’s hard to know where to begin. &amp;nbsp;I doubt that we’ll ever see Square become an accounting app, though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can there be a means of adding expenses recording to the square POS, it will help in managing daily business transactions , What came in and what went out.. It will help balance the daily &amp;amp; Monthly transaction summary both for the cash transactions and others too ..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
