I am creating a survey to build awareness of our shop. Plan to use Jotform to create and run survey. At the conclusion of the survey, I'd like to provide a digital coupon (with a barcode to be scanned) that could be used in our shop with Square POS. Barcoded coupons seem common place. Could the ability to trigger discounts via a barcode be added?

Likewise, for our "off-campus" customers, I would love to be able to, at the same time, provide a coupon code that could be used with invoices.

Doesn't look like the functionality exists. Any work-around suggestions??

I would like to get a better idea of what your goal is. You will have your survey on Jotform and want a code at the end of the survey that is scannable and can be used in-store. Is that correct?

With invoices when you create them you can add a discount. Automatic discounts are not available for Square Invoices.

I'm running a gift shop in a hospital that is part of a multi-hospital system. However, only our building has a gift shop. I plan to use the survey, mostly to build awareness, after being closed for so long during the pandemic. I'd like to offer a discount as a thank you for completing the survey. The survey will touch all of our employees, but not all will have access to the actual shop. We also offer logo wear for sale to our remote employees which is where the invoicing would come in.

(For in-store customers) My intent would be to create a simple coupon PDF with a barcode that could be scanned on the square POS to trigger a pre-existing discount. Easy enough to create the coupon and get it to the customer digitally through Jotform. I just need the POS to recognize the coupon.

(For remote customers) We don't charge until merch arrives, then we send out an invoice. The customer pays then we deliver. I would like the customer to be able to use a coupon code when they pay their invoice. Allowing the remote employees to enjoy the discount as well.

Does that make it any more clear??

Regarding your inquiry, currently, we don't have the functionality to create a simple coupon PDF with a barcode or to use a coupon code when customers pay their invoices.

However, these could be valuable features to consider for future enhancements.
