Hi Younusd,

Seems we have to assume a few things as we don't have all the details - per your post your device is rated compatible with both Square Readers for contactless and chip (1st and 2nd generation). Also your OS should be Android 7.0+ and you're trying to connect via Bluetooth. (If not we need more information.) Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps here?

And can you connect your smart device to other devices via Bluetooth? If yes to the those questions and you're still having issues, then you may want to contact Tech Support for additional assistance.
