my newest wholesale partner is non-profit so no sales tax is charged on my items they sell. Should I create this partner in Square as a category or a location? I find that I cannot remove the taxes on those items in a category without also removing the taxes from the same items I personally sell at art shows where I do collect sales tax.

Hi Stainedglass,

Probably "Location" would be the option but, suggest reading this info first before making any decisions.

Thank for the quick reply. I read through that article and do have one question. You can set up a price override on your item, but what I really need is a tax override (items should be tax exempt for this new location). Is that also available?
