I want my employees to be able to ring up a match play reward (independent reward program for video poker cafes) and it 1.) show up in my sales/drawer report 2.) deduct the amount paid out from my drawer total.

Can this be done?

Using the Paid in/Paid out feature of Cahs Management you can record pay outs. there is a description box you can fill in with any relevant info.

see if that will work for you.

you won't be able to use the pos because selecting an item and selling it is going to add to your drawer and look like a slae.
