Hey @LorettaTaylor. If I’m understand your question, all you need to do is download the Square App to that phone. You can either sign in using your userid and password (but you should ONLY do that if it is your phone). Or you can create a new team member and let them set up a personal userid/password for them to use when processing payments for your business. You’d set them up in your online dashboard > Team.
