    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/680399"&gt;@Godwhocares&lt;/a&gt;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My in person sales are appearing within 2 minutes on my Square Stands.&amp;nbsp; Even if I look on the Dashboard they are also there when I go in the back office.&amp;nbsp; How long that is, I am not sure but it is not a 2 hour window.&amp;nbsp; On your POS are you seeing the Transaction under Transactions?&amp;nbsp; If so I recomment Printing out a Receipt for you to have proof of the transaction when talking to Square.&amp;nbsp; Are you sure this sale went through that it is not showing in your Updated balance?&amp;nbsp; Was this a Cash or CC sale?&amp;nbsp; Cash sales do not show up in a Square Balance for a transafer or debit card linked to Square.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is your Internet connection or how was it after the sale to upload the Sales record to Square?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately it's not possible to provide a reason - did you opt for any of the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5405-set-up-and-manage-instant-deposits" target="_self"&gt;instant transfer options&lt;/A&gt; ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If yes, then probably contacting Customer Support would be your best option - they have the ability to look at user Account details - the volunteers here cannot do that.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you didn't opt for any of the instant transfer options, the normal transfer time is approximately 36 hours or 1 to 2 business days (Monday thru Friday).&amp;nbsp; If the transaction happened over a weekend or on a holiday, the time takes a bit longer. &amp;nbsp; Per this &lt;A href="https://www.issquareup.com/united-states" target="_self"&gt;site&lt;/A&gt;, Square has not reported any system issues today that would interfere with the instant transfer option.&amp;nbsp; (We use this site when we think that something may not be working as intended.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It took 3 hours almost, but it finally updated. I've opted in to instant transfers, and certainly didn't change anything in my settings to make it take longer. I have a square debit card, etc. It's actually taken just under an hour for it to update on most previous transactions, but did take about 2 minutes 1 time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/680399"&gt;@Godwhocares&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At least now you got the payment and a Transacation number to talk to Square if needed.&amp;nbsp; I wonder if this delay had anything to do with the MS issue yesterday?&amp;nbsp; I did not get my normal Saturday deposit because of this issue with MS computer glitches.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I hope all works out.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also wonder if this has anything to do with it being a prepaid card?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The ones I take I have never had it take that long to show in transacations.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
