I would really like to add a couple pop-up notes to account of customer comes in. Like if there are frequent return or exchanger or like maybe note peoples birthdays. Does anybody know if there such a thing?

Hi @Keris. While the ability to add notes to a customer’s records does exist, there is no pop-up function after a customer is attached to a transaction. Right now, your employees would have to review the customer blade on the POS for any notes.

This could be a good candidate for a feature request, which you can submit on the Ideate Board.
