Taxes Report

I'm really struggling to understand my Taxes Report. I think it's things that I have entered incorrectly rather than the Taxes Report being inaccurate.

First of all, there is a Taxable Service Charges that I have ($9.00) EVERY month. Where can I figure out what this is? I can't find ANY service charges I have entered.

Second, there's Non-Taxable Service Charges.

Where can i go to find out what these service charges are?

As for what the $9 charge is every month I am not sure.

I sell items that need to be charged Sales tax and I also have items that do not get charged sales tax. To see if I have an item setup correctly I download a csv of my Catalog. On the far right side there is a column Sales tax with either a Y or N Y = Yes Taxes and N = No Tax. That way I can quickly look to see if my Clothing accidentetially is charging a Tax. It is quicker than Selecting each item and seeing if Tax is on or off on the Square Dashboard on a computer.

I agree with you that you may have enabled Taxes or Tax on Service charges by accident but have no idea where these would be in Square.

Also Square has a bunch of reports with Taxes in them and a few labeled Tax or Sales Tax report so without a screen shot it is difficult to see Which tax report you are referring to.
