      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm baffled. I've had two sales that I know of (but multiple missing items from my inventory) not show up in daily transactions. What is happening? I ring them up, they tap to pay, it says "Sale Completed" on my end, the customer walks out with the product, and then there's no record of it ever happening. I'm thinking this is where all my lost inventory is going but why??? When happened to notice two months ago, I thought it might be because it asked for a signature and the customer and I missed it but yesterday it gave me a completed message. Anybody give some insight and a solution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/655434"&gt;@Fikanv&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not give you an answer because I do not know exactly what you are doing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds as if the transaction has been completed then disappears,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My suggestion is after each payment print out a 2nd receipt for your records.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The printed receipt would show Type of card and last 4 of the card used&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How the payment was made Countactless for example&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Receipt code to call support on why this disappeard from transactions&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Authorization Code&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;All this would be needed to trace the transaction&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Along with the above would also be the amount that was charged or paid.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Also turn on Automatic receipts, this way if customer does not want it you can throw it in a bucket to look up if a transaction is lost.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This way you would have a Transaction ID to be able to give Square if the transaction vanishes from your records.&amp;nbsp; The other thing could be that missing inventory could be just retail theft.&amp;nbsp; This still does not explain missing transactions.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm just having this happen to me today. I do not have a printer so the sales receipt option would not work for me.. Everything was working perfectly until 1pm then even though I'm ringing up sales and getting the notification the sale is complete, the transaction is not showing and the inventory count is not being adjusted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
