      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/690825"&gt;@Brunolino&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the Update to a new phone, your transactions should still all be there because that has nothing to do with the Phone.&amp;nbsp; Your phone is just a tool to connect to Squares data on Squares cloud database of the lists your are saying disappeared.&amp;nbsp; If this is the 1st time using the Apps on your Phone that connect to Square, Login to square, let it update if needed, then open the app again and wait a few minutes and see if the App reconnects to Squares servers to get tis data.&amp;nbsp; Depending on your signal and iternet connection and the size of the files you are looking at this can take a little time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phones in August, and afteropening the Square apps, my transactions and items were missing a bunch of things.&amp;nbsp; I left the Square app open and awhile later the phone had all things back to normal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
