Hi,

I managed to adjust the receipt contents through the Device Profile page, but I can't find an option to further reduce the size by removing extra text or margins. I plan to attach the sticky label receipts to small ice cream cups, so I need them to print in a more compact format. Is there a way to print a smaller receipt for each item so we can stick it on individual cups?

Hi @SNOWBREEZE - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community👋 I'm happy to provide you with some more information on receipt settings.

In addition to the settings you mentioned in your device management, you can also edit your receipt settings from the Account & Settings page of your Dashboard. If you want to print sticky labels for your items, I suggest looking over this article from our Support Center for setup instructions. If you set up your printer station as a sticky label printer, it will automatically calibrate to the appropriate dimensions🙂
